Our Help Desk Management Service provides the ability to create or maintain Help Desk facilities.
This service comprises the following :
1 Helpdesk Creation including equipment
2 Activity Planning, where required
3 Staff Interviews and
recommendations
4 Staff Training
5 Ongoing Supervision, where required
This service is charged on a time and materials basis and will include all costs except Equipment. Man Time will be charged at an agreed Rate per hour and will include any expenses. Other prices will be agreed at the initial meeting.
